I have been in the industry since 1986 and have been running salons since 1996. My special areas are short hair, razor cutting, and cutting naturally curly hair which I find a lot of stylists don't understand. My main role in the salons is to make sure we are delivering customer service at the highest level and overseeing my managers and stylists. I have spent many years studying the industry and take pride in my teams and making sure they get the best training both practically and when delivering their customer service.

Charlie

I started hairdressing in 2001 after doing 2 week’s work experience with Steve. I knew it was the career path that I wanted to follow the first day so my journey had begun.

I have since worked my way up to Creative Director Level and can honestly say I have never looked back. My customer service is first class I love to talk and listen to my clients wants and needs resulting in my clients leaving the salon feeling great.

I enjoy every aspect of my job although I do have a passion for short pixie cuts, so if you are looking to change your look to a short pixie cut plus any classic style or styling …then I am your girl.

I enjoy the challenge of long hair, the different looks that you can achieve just in a blow dry or putting it up in a messy bun or a more classic look.

With regards to colour I am very capable to achieve whatever look you want whether it’s a subtle colour or a more striking colour.

Alice

From a young age and the inspiration of my Nan to winning student of the year at my college I knew my passion was all about hair!

I have been working with Steve since 2011.

I also enjoy attending further training with Goldwell and KMS each year at the academy in London to constantly update my skills in both colouring and cutting.

I am very experienced in all types of colouring techniques from basic highlights to more creative colour placement and balayage.

I think the classic bob will always be my number cut - but I equally love the challenge of longer hair.

I enjoy being creative with short hair personalising the look by texturizing this is something that I am very experienced in and excel in along with all gents haircuts.

My number one cut will always be the classic bob, but I do enjoy the challenge of long hair.

What is there not to love about my job, each day brings different challenges.

Keeping the teams motivated is always rewarding by pushing and helping them to reach their full potential. I oversee the salons and manage the team on a day-to-day basis.

Meeting the clients on a daily basis is fabulous as I get to do what I do best …talk.

There is never a dull moment working alongside Steve we always have time for a giggle.

Working with Steve and an equally passionate Team is very fulfilling for me. Every day is a good day.

I really enjoy all colouring from Colour Correction, Highlights to Balayage.

Big bouncy blow dry’s, hair ups messy buns to a more classic sophisticated French pleat and any ladies cutting and styling are services that I excel in.

I have worked in various salons as a Stylist after completing my apprenticeship in London where I had the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds including celebrities who would come in for their hair to be styled for big events and shows. This would involve sophisticated hair up to big bouncy blow dry’s.

I take pride in my work and specialise in colour from basic highlights to balayage and all creative placements of colour to enhance the hair style and complimenting client’s natural skin tone.

I also really enjoy all cutting work!

I joined Steve Hilliard Hairdressing in November 2017. I thoroughly enjoy my job and enjoy all aspects of working with hair. I have attended several courses over my time working with Steve broadening my knowledge on both colouring and cutting techniques. I love the challenge of a big colour change and take joy in comparing pictures of the hair before and after.

I have been in the hairdressing industry for 10 years now.
I have worked and lived in New Zealand for the last 2 years sharing and learning new techniques with hairdressers from all around the world. I specialise balayage and ombre colouring techniques any colour work and the challenge of colour corrections is great!

I have been in the industry since 2010 and love every part of hairdressing. It has always been my passion since a young age. I have been come a very experienced stylist and love the industry I am in!

I started my hairdressing journey at Steve Hilliard Hairdressing in 2021 as an apprentice and have since worked my way up from a Rising Star in October 2022 and now a Stylist in May 2023. I love all types of colouring from highlights, tints to balayage. I enjoy all haircuts but if I had a favourite, it would be short hair and graduated Bobs.

I started as a Saturday girl, then progressed onto being an apprentice when I left school.

I have just qualified in May 2023 and due to Covid putting my time back but now I will begin my journey as a Rising Star on the salon floor which I am very excited about.

From the very first day walking into the salon I knew this was where my passion was and hairdressing was my career of choice.

I attend courses every year with Goldwell for both colouring techniques and cutting courses with KMS to keep me up to date with current trends.

My signature haircut is Graduated bob; I love that is always in the forefront of fashion and never dates.

I enjoy every aspect of colouring from Tinting to the more creative challenging look you can achieve with Balayage. working with warm glossy shades to match the season.

Hi I am Stephanie I am an experienced hairdresser. I have been working for the last 9 years in a London based salon it was there where I found my love for hairdressing.

I have recently joined the Steve Hilliard Hairdressing Team and very excited for my new adventure.

I am a very passionate hairdresser but if I had to choose my favourite service this would be Hair Up including Bridal hair. Closely followed with my love for balayage and colouring hair.

It gives me great satisfaction when the client leaves feeling & looking great.
