Our aim is to provide a service so good that you’ll be happy to recommend us to your friends, colleagues, and family members. If you do, we believe it’s only fair to show our appreciation—there’s nothing worse than being taken for granted!

Here's how our recommend a friend scheme works:

Recommend someone you know to visit one of our salons in Luton or Ampthill, and if they are a new customer, you will both receive 50% off your next cut and blow dry service. It's as simple as that!

Our Terms & Conditions

There is a booking fee charged for any new clients and any large colour appointments for any clients. This is to secure your appointment. We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations, and booking fees will be non-refundable.

There is a charge of £20 for consultations, which will be redeemable against any service. If you decide not to proceed with your service, this fee is refunded to you.

We appreciate that sometimes circumstances change, and you may not be able to keep your appointment. If that happens, we ask that where possible, you provide us with 24 hours’ notice.

In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked service. At your hairdresser's discretion, there may be an additional charge for long or thick hair on any service.
