Every team member at our hair salons has been carefully selected and goes through rigorous ongoing training. Higher price tiers reflect the additional years of training and experience you’ll benefit from.

- All consultations will have a charge of £20 which can be used towards your service. This needs to be paid in advance of your consultation either in person or over the phone. These are non-refundable if you do not show for you appointment.
- For insurance purposes every colour clients needs a patch test either 48 hrs before their first colour application or at regular intervals to minimise the possibility of an adverse reaction.
- Balayage pricing depends on hair length, thickness & type of Balayage
- No children's appointments can be made with the Artistic Director on any day
- Full price is available any day
- If you are booking your colour online you MUST CHOOSE THE COLOUR SERVICE FIRST BEFORE YOUR CUT & FINISH + PATCH TEST REQUIRED 48 HRS BEFORE YOUR FIRST COLOUR SERVICE. This patch test will only be done once a year with our Manufacturers guidelines. After this you can make a colour appointment on the day once the form is filled out (As long as you have not had a temporary tattoo or permanent make-up in between colour services as you will need to be re patch tested) If this is not done, we can refuse to do the colour under our health and safety policy. Your service you have chosen might may be incorrect and may be adjusted due to the length/thickness of your hair and might need to be changed with a price increase due to the time needed. Stylists have the discretion to charge extra for long/thick hair due to the extra time taken Thank you for you cooperation.

Pricing for balayage depends on hair length, thickness, and type of balayage. No children's appointments can be made with the Artistic Director on any day. If you are booking your colour online, you must choose the colour service first before your cut & finish. A patch test is required 48 hours before your first colour service.
