When you understand that in 1996 Steve opened our Luton salon because he felt something was missing from the typical experience salons offered their clients. When you understand that all those years ago he made a promise, which he’s kept ever since, that his salons would always give you more … you’ll understand why we give you our 4 point guarantee!
It’s also why we give you longer appointments. Why we give you a ‘truly in depth’ consultation with every appointment and why you’ll see so many testimonials from delighted clients on our testimonials page!
This means if you haven’t experienced ‘The Steve Hilliard Difference’ yet we’d love you to come in and see us for a free consultation. When you do you'll find a modern, stylish and well equipped salon, complimentary refreshments, FREE secure Wi-Fi and a warm welcome waiting for you … Every Time!
There is a booking fee charged for any new clients and any large colour appointments for any clients. This is to secure your appointment. We need 24 hrs for any cancellations and booking fees will be non-refundable.
There is a charge of £20 for consultations which will be redeemable against any service. If you decide not to go ahead with your service, this is refunded to you.
We appreciate that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to keep your appointment. If that happens we ask that where possible you give us 24 hours’ notice.
In certain circumstances we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked service.
At your stylists discretion there may be an additional charge for long or thick hair on any service.
