"Voucher" means actual document sold to "Buyer" by Seller.
"Seller" means Steve Hilliard Hairdressing.
"Buyer" means purchaser of Voucher or lawful owner of Voucher.
"Service" means the service to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer for which the Voucher us valid.

These terms shall apply solely to the Voucher and provides the provision of exclusion from any other terms on which any question be they verbal or in writing has been given to the Buyer to which the order is accepted or purported to be accepted and specify that the voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The Seller warrants the Voucher will be valid for 3 months from the point of sale provided that the Buyer within one month of the purchase date of the Voucher has booked the Service at a mutually acceptable date and time.

The Seller warrants to the Buyer that the Service will be performed by appropriately qualified and trained personnel, with due care and diligence and to such high standard of quality as it is reasonable for the Buyer to expect in all circustances provided that the buyer provides the Voucher on the actual day of the Service.
