Our stylists will consider:
During your appointment, we’ll talk you through what we’re doing and why, and offer straightforward advice so you know how to keep your hair looking good between visits,
We ask for a £20 payment to book a consultation. This is redeemable against any service you have. If you decide not to go ahead with your service we’ll refund you.
Due to an increase in no-shows, regretfully, we have had to implement a 50% cancellation fee on appointments not cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
You’ll need a patch test at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment. You’ll also need a patch test if you’ve had henna, a tattoo, or permanent make-up since your last appointment.

From time to time, online colour bookings may need to be adjusted due to the wrong service or the length, or thickness of your hair. Long or thick hair may incur an additional charge at the stylist’s discretion.
