We offer two of the most trusted extension systems: Nano Rings and Tape Extensions. Nano rings are tiny, discreet and perfect for fine or delicate hair. Tape extensions are quick to apply and ideal for adding volume or soft colour blending. During your consultation, we’ll explain the differences and help you choose the method that suits your hair, lifestyle and styling habits best.
Once you’re happy to go ahead, your selected hair is ordered specifically for you. Onthe day of your fitting, we apply the extension smethodically and discreetly, blend theminto your natural hair and finish with a shape that moves naturally. You’ll leave withextensions that look and feel like your own hair—only fuller and more beautiful.
We’ll talk you through how to wash, brush and care for your extensions, andrecommend products that keep them looking glossy and strong. With the right routine—and regular maintenance every 6–8 weeks—Viola extensions can last up to 12months.
Due to an increase in no-shows, regretfully, we have had to implement a 50% cancellation fee on appointments not cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
We ask for a £20 payment to book a consultation. This is redeemable against any service you have. If you decide not to go ahead with the service, we’ll refund you.
After your consultation, we’ll order in hair that has been specially colour-matched for you. To enable us to do this, you’ll need to pay for the hair at this stage.
