If you’re feeling bolder, we also love working with creative colour – from warmer coppers to vivid brights and everything in between.
Your appointment always starts with an in-depth consultation: we’ll talk about your lifestyle, your styling preferences and how your hair behaves day-to-day, so your colour stays looking gorgeous for longer.
And because condition comes first, we’ll add a bonding treatment and recommend aftercare to keep it shiny, healthy and beautifully wearable.
You’ll need a patch test at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment. You’ll also need a patch test if you’ve had henna, a tattoo, or permanent make-up since your last appointment.
We ask for a £20 payment to book a consultation. This is redeemable against any service you have. If you decide not to go ahead with the service, we’ll refund you.
Due to an increase in no-shows, regretfully, we have had to implement a 50% cancellation fee on appointments not cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
From time to time, online colour bookings may need to be adjusted due to the wrong service or the length, or thickness of your hair. Long or thick hair may incur an additional charge at the stylist’s discretion.
