There’s more to finding your perfect hairstyle than you might have realised… That’s why we start our appointments with an in-depth consultation.

Our hairstylists will consider:

  • your face shape
  • your bone structure
  • your hair texture
  • your taste
  • the amount of time you spend styling your hair  
  • how you’ve told them you’d like it to look. 

During your appointment, they’ll keep you updated on what they’re doing and give you recommendations so you know how to get the best out of your hair when you’re styling it at home.

Booking Fees

Due to an increase in no-shows, regretfully, we have had to implement a 50% cancellation fee on appointments not cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. 

Consultations

We ask for a £20 payment to book a consultation. This is redeemable against any service you have. If you decide not to go ahead with your service we’ll refund you.
