I’ve been in the industry since 1986 and been running salons since 1996. My special areas are short hair, razor cutting, and cutting naturally curly hair which I find a lot of stylists don't understand. My main role is to make sure we are delivering customer service at the highest level. I’ve spent many years studying the industry and take pride in my making sure my team get the best training both technically and in customer care.

Through this, I will be able to offer expert advice and personalised colour to achieve your ultimate hair goals.

Hi, I’m Chloe, Luton's new hairdressing apprentice! I officially joined Steve Hilliard's Salon in April 2025, but before that, I was part of the Saturday team - so I've already felt like part of the family for a while. Although I'm just starting out in the industry, I'm so excited to keep growing and get more experience behind the chair. I can't wait to welcome you to the salon on your next visit!

You’ll find us in the north of Luton, conveniently located for the Barton Hills and Warden Hills housing estates on a popular parade of shops.

We have free parking outside the salon and on the local roads. Travelling by bus? The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

*Our Luton salon is closed every other Saturday. On these days, the telephones are diverted to the Ampthill salon and we’re still available to help you to arrange your next hair appointment.
