I’ve been in the industry since 1986 and been running salons since 1996. My special areas are short hair, razor cutting, and cutting naturally curly hair which I find a lot of stylists don't understand. My main role is to make sure we are delivering customer service at the highest level. I’ve spent many years studying the industry and take pride in my making sure my team get the best training both technically and in customer care.

Hi I’m Stephanie. I’ve worked for 9 years in a London-based salon where I found my love for hairdressing before joining the Steve Hilliard Hairdressing Team in Oct 2021. I’m a very passionate hairdresser but if I had to choose my favourite service this would be hair up, including bridal hair; closely followed by my love for balayage and colouring hair. It gives me great satisfaction when the client leaves feeling & looking great.

I started my hairdressing journey at college before joining Steve Hilliard's in 2025. I've always had a passion for hairdressing and I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, If I had to pick a favourite it would be colouring. I love all things colour, whether it be vibrant colours, highlights or balayage or a refresh. The most important thing is making sure the client feels comfortable and listened too right from the beginning in the consultation all the way through to the finishing result.

From day one the team has helped me grow my confidence both personally and professionally. The team inspire me every day and I am loving my journey I am so excited that one day soon I will be on the salon floor. My passion right now is colouring , blow drying and having a good chat with our clients.

You’ll find us a few doors down from the local Waitrose. There’s free parking for 1.5 hours just behind the salon, or on-the-road parking on Bedford St, Woburn Street and off Church street.

We’re perfectly located for the town’s lovely coffee shops, clothes shops & antique shops – which make for the perfect place to show off your new hair.
